Coach Deron Bruce is a dedicated fitness professional with over 5 years of training and coaching experience at the high school and collegiate level who takes pride in doubling his passions of building athletes to their full potential on the field as well as developing individuals to be an influential part of their community through customized training and mentoring programs.
As a 2013 NAIA All-American, Deron made his mark in the football world leading the defensive game in the KCAC conference at Ottawa University where he received honors as the 2013 KCAC Defensive player of the year. He also was a two-time KCAC First Team All-Conference selection and a two-time Cliff Harris Award finalist.

Coach Erin Gunville's passion for fitness began at a young age and continued through her college soccer career where she received Adidas All-Region Team Honors, All-Conference 1st team and Team MVP. After graduating college, she too had a fitness journey working her way from 200 pounds down to 145 pounds through various strength training programs and nutritional guidelines. She knew she wanted to help others achieve their goals and thus she began her journey coaching and personal training.
Erin brings more than 6 years of group fitness and personal training experience to Fullsturkur Fitness. Her Passion for training grew as a bootcamp coach in Chicago where she has coached over 10,000 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes as well as numerous one-on-one training sessions. She has trained clients between the ages of 10 to over 60. She strives to push clients to their goals whether that means tightening and toning, weight loss, or just making a fit and healthy lifestyle a habit.
